Hi Joseph was the service man for today he was well experienced. He took the time to evaluate my boiler. He also helped me recognize some things That needed to be repaired. I had other service guys from other company Like Roto Router four seasons and they practically ripped me off I Really appreciated the service today.

I have personally used Iliana Heating and Air Conditioning for over 20 years. I have maintained a service plan paying once per year for maintaince of my HVAC system. The technicians are very nice and respectful of my property. Unfortunately, over the last 2 years a few have not been able to answer what I consider to be basic questions. The first HVAC tech to service my furnace in my condo was excellent. His name was Kennan. He told me on the date of service I was his first customer as he had recently completed his training. I advised him to take his time and alert me if he had any concerns. Keenan literally took out all of the components that required cleaning, did an excellent job with cleaning and placed all of the components back into the furnace. My furnace ran perfectly that season (2025). I continue to have newbies come to service my HVAC. My only concern is when I asked a question regarding my HVAC system, if they do not know the answer to a question, to call the office and not " blow me off" with incorrect information.

They did a wonderful and THOROUGH job. Highly recommend! They found our problem right away abs actually FIXED it instead of just recommending replacement (which would be silly on a 5 year old unit but not unheard of). Happy to support local business and happy to have these guys now on in my contacts for me HVAC repair guys
