Chris, our tech, was very professional, informative and very helpful. He left our home clean, gave us wonderful service, and showed us the problem. We will always ask for him to service our HVAC system. Right now we are waiting on a new coil for the AC. Communication between the service department and us, keeping us up to date, unfortunately has been less than in the past which has been frustrating during this extreme heat wave. We were supposed to hear by today whether the coil has come in and have heard nothing.

Yesterday we had a crawspace inspection done during which, incidentally, it was found that we had a water leak in our laundry room, which had saturated the subfloor. I didn't really know who to call, but I remembered hearing a radio add for Illiana Heating, Air and Plumbing, so I called them. Anna was great at getting us scheduled for the same day, and Ralph arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done next. Now, after we get the damaged drywall removed, we will have Illiana do the necessary plumbing repair. It was awesome to have someone come out so fast!

My AC went out during one of the many power outages we experienced during the August '26 storms. I reached out to Illiana, and they were able to get me on the schedule within two days.
Tony arrived and quickly diagnosed that my capacitor had blown (again). But he didn't stop there—he also noticed a stale gas smell and discovered I had a gas leak. Tony was quite literally a lifesaver! I called NIPSCO right away to get it resolved, and I'm so grateful for his thoroughness and attention to detail.
Given the ongoing AC and furnace issues I’ve had since COVID, I decided it was finally time to replace the entire HVAC system. Enter Jordy. He spent all the time needed walking me through my options. He wasn't pushy at all—just extremely informative, honest, and helpful. While I was initially sticker-shocked by the cost of a full system, Illiana’s 0% financing option made the decision so much easier, and moving forward turned out to be the best investment I’ve made in my home.
Adam and his partner arrived right on time for the installation and worked diligently to replace the entire heating and cooling system. When they finished, Adam did a fantastic job walking me through everything they had done and explaining how to operate the new system moving forward.
