What You'll Be Doing
Primarily responsible for removing, installing, and starting up HVAC systems, including ductwork systems. Work closely with the installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Must partner with the team to provide customers with excellent service as outlined in department policies and procedures
- Serve customers by completing work assigned, following daily schedule, performing designated installation work, and proactively solving problems
- Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
- Update knowledge of HVAC codes and standards by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
- Must be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, have a "clean cut" appearance, and adapt well to all types of working conditions
- Accomplish operation and organization mission by completing related tasks, as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC Installation experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must pass extensive criminal background check
- Must have an insurable driving record and valid driver's license
- Able to meet physical demands and tolerate a physical work environment
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language

What You'll Be Doing
Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair with all aspects of residential HVAC including gas heating systems and air conditioning units.
Responsibilities
- Must partner with dispatchers, technicians, and installers to provide customers with service as outlined in department policies and procedures
- Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
- Serves existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders; following daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems
- Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; performing acceptance tests
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; performing repairs
- Documents service actions by completing forms, logs, and records
- Updates knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
- Accomplishes operation & organization mission by completing related results as needed
- You must be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, have a "clean cut" appearance, and adapt well to all types of working conditions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC Diagnostic Repair Service Technician experience
- EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must pass extensive criminal background check
- Must have an insurable driving record and valid driver's license
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
