“Woke up this morning to no water and the smell of my water pump burning up. I called Illiana to make an appointment for this afternoon. Had a bad experience before, but thought I would give them another chance. Got the periodic texts throughout the day letting me know a tech would be on his way shortly. When it came time for them to arrive, I received a phone call that they were going to save me $100. Cool! Yeah, they were saving me $100 by telling me they couldn't fix my pump. Why not tell me that when I made the appointment so I could find someone else this morning. Instead I waited around all day for them to not come. My fault for giving them a second chance.”
