“I contacted IH&C to get an estimate for replacing an AC and Furnace. Dan Krygsheld was the technician who showed up for the appointment. He was courteous, polite, professional, pleasant and easy-going. I outlined for Dan what I was interested in and why. He listened politely and asked to see the locations of the AC and Furnace. He explained the function and features of each component in what I call "everyday people speak": he explained things so a lay person could understand. That tells me that he genuinely knows his craft. As a result, we agreed for IH&C to replace our AC and Furnace. I asked about timing on installation and he said "tomorrow"! The IH&C guys showed up the next morning about 8AM and by 4:30PM we had a new AC and Furnace. No fuss, no bother. The IH&C guys went about their business without interrupting our household, cleaned up, reviewed the new installations with me and departed. Great experience with this company.
